Eid el fitri: Gombe SSG host APC stalwarts, supporters to civic reception in Kaltungo.

……Says Governor Inuwa Yahaya’s second term bid non negotiable.

The last may not have been heard of the just celebrated Eid el fitri festival, this is because the Secretary to the Gombe State Government Professor Ibrahim Abubakar Njodi has organised a reception to unwind with APC stalwarts and supporters in the spirit of celebration.

Addressing participants at the reception the chief scribe of Gombe State Professor Ibrahim Njodi thanked them to honouring the invitation which is aimed cementing relationship among the people of the area irrespective of ethno religious affiliations.

Professor Njodi extends Governor Inuwa Yahaya’s best wishes to the members of the Gombe State House from Gombe South Senatorial district for their support and solidarity throughout administration so far.

He said as the Secretary to the Gombe State Government he will continue to work for the benefit and progress of the Inuwa Yahaya’s administration.

The Commissioner of higher education Meshack Audu Lauco said Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya’s political disposition to Gombe south sentorial is one that is devoid of sentiments as some people tend to portray.

He said under the administration of Governor Muhammadu Inuwa institutions of higher learning in the State have given their pride of place in the advancement of academic breakthroughs.

The chairman of Shongom Local Government Area Yohanna Nahari thanked the SSG for organising the reception to celebrate with the people of Kaltungo in the spirit of the just concluded eid el fitri festival.

He commended the SSG for been an excellent leader and a worthy ambassador to Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya’s administration.

Nahari called on the people of Kaltungo Local Government Area to keep supporting those in position of authority so they can continue to provide the dividends of democracy.
The Shongom Local Government chairman described the concept of continuity in governance as imperative to the steady growth and development of any given society.

He also harp on the need for the people of Gombe south Senatorial district to unite and forge a common front as without unity of purpose no development can be achieved.

The majority leader of the Gombe State House of Assembly Hon Ladan Yerima Gaule commended the SSG for organising the reception to further cement the relationship that exists among the people of Gombe south Senatorial district.

He said the time has come for the people of Gombe south Senatorial district to unite and work for the common good of the people by amassing their political thoughts and actions towards his second term bid of Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya.

He described the relationship between the Executive and legislature in Gombe State as cordial for the overall interest and benefit of the people of the State.

The Gombe South zonal Chairman of the APC Musa Wali Awak observed that the Secretary to the Gombe State Government is literally the only political appointee that projecting the party’s and Governor Inuwa Yahaya’s political ideology.

He said Professor Ibrahim Abubakar Njodi will continue to occupy an important position in the political permutation of Kaltungo Local Government Area in particular and Gombe south in General.

The zonal chairman remarked that Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya deserves every support he can get from the people of Gombe south in order to actualize his second term ambition.

There were goodwill messages from some party bigwigs endorsing the second term bid of Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya.
