Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya today handed the hand of the daugther to Mai Tula, Miranda Firdausi Buba Attare in marriage to her groom Mustspha Shehu Ibrahim.
The weeding Fatiha which took place at Mai Tula’s Palace was consummated after the payment of one hundred thousand naira dowry by the representatives of the groom.
Governor Inuwa Yahaya who was represented by the Secretary to the State Government, Professor Ibrahim Abubakar Njodi stood in for the bride.
Special prayers were offered for the blessings of the marriage and peace of the State.
Similarly the Secretary to the state government, Professor Ibrahim Abubakar Njodi has led a high powered government delegation to deliver Governor Inuwa Yahaya’s best wishes to Mai Kaltungo Engineer Saleh Mohammad for the successful commissioning of Kaltungo Central Mosque yesterday.
The elated Mai Kaltungo appreciated the Governor and the state government for it’s tremendous support to the success of the historic event.
The SSG was accompanied on both functions by the Attorney General and Commissioner of Justice Barrister Zubairu Umar and his counterpart of the Special Duties Ministry, Christopher Abdu Buba Maisheru.
Others are the Special Advisers on Health and that of Rural Development, Deputy chief of staff Daniel Timothy, Executive Secretary SEMA, and members of boards and commissions as well as directors in the SSGs office.
