The teachers where speaking at a one interactive session organise by the State Universal Basic Education Board SUBEB for Head Teachers in Gombe South with the topic “Effective Teaching and Learning a student centered approach.”
The interactive session which was held at the Federal government College Billiri, climax the series of engagements Head Teachers in Gombe State have had with Gombe SUBEB to re-orient and re-position their minds towards correcting the abnormally in the basic educational sub-sector.
Executive Chairman of the State Universal Basic Education Board SUBEB Gombe Hon. Babaji Babadidi says Governor Mohammed Inuwa Yahaya is committed to revamping the Educational sector through the provision of condusive learning environment and teachers welfare among other.
Babadidi enjoin the teachers to rededicate themselves to duty and to desist from any act that is capable of landing them into trouble.
The Mai Tangle Dr. Abdul Buba Mai sheru II said the interactive session organise by SUBEB for Head Teachers could not have come at a better time when the present administration is pursuing the path of peace, unity and progress through quality education.
The royal father who was represented at the occasion thanked Gombe SUBEB for the laudable initiative.
