Gombe state Governor, Alhaji Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya has approved the appointment of Chairmen and Permanent Commissioners of the State Civil Service Commission( CSC) and State Independent Electoral Commission ( SIEC)
The appointments followed the confirmation of members of the two commissions by the state House of Assembly.
The State Civil Service Commission has Mrs. Rabi Shuaibu Jimeta as Chairperson with Dr. Garba Mohammed Bajoga, Alhaji Abdullahi Mohammed Umar, Mr. Masoyi Bilwa Sajo and Malam Adamu Musa Deba as Permanent Commissioners.
The State Independent Electoral Commission has Alhaji Saidu Shehu Awak as Chairman with Alhaji Abdullahi Garba Talasse, Alh. Yakubu M. Malam, Dr. Babangida Hammani, Alhaji Mohammed Kabir Sulaiman, Mr. Enock Maisamari, Alhaji Mohammed Ismail Kumo and Mr. Bulus Kudi as Permanent Members.
Similarly, Governor Inuwa Yahaya has approved the appointment of Chairman and members of the state Teachers’ Service Commission ( TSC) as follows: Mrs. Na’omi Phillip Maigwa ( chairperson); Alhaji Musa Aliyu Marafa ( Permanent Member); Reverend J. P. Kawuwa ( Permanent Member) and Alhaji Shehu Umar ( Permanent Member). Others are Mr. Sunday Zailani ( Part Time Member); Alhaji Shehu Saidu Dukku ( Part Time Member) and Alhaji Shuaibu Abdulrahman ( Part Time Member).
All the appointments take immediate effect.
