The Vice Chancellor of the University of Maiduguri Professor Aliyu Shugaba has Felicitates with the Secretary to the Gombe State Government, Professor Ibrahim Abubakar Njodi on his recent elevation of his traditional title from the then DAN RIMI to MADAKIN KALTUNGO by the Mai Kaltungo Engineer Saleh Muhammadu.
In a Congratulatory letter to the SSG, Personally signed by the Vice Chanchallor on behalf of the management and Staff of the University, partly reads;
“The upgrade is no doubt as a result of the trust, Confidence and absolute loyalty in your undertakings as manifested visibly all over the Kaltungo Emirate.
You have become the symbol of loyalty and hardwork. Your exploits in Scholarships and economic empowerment of the people of the Chiefdom are uncountable.
“The People of Kaltungo Chiefdom and indeed history will always be kind to you. The Royal Highness the Mai Kaltungo must have weighed down on these sterling qualities and thus marking you amongst the most high ranking king Makers in the Emirate. I have every confidence and believe that his Royal Highness the Mai Kaltungo would continue to find you a Worthy son of the Chiefdom”The letter added.
Professor Shugaba described the elevation of Professor Ibrahim Njodi to the position of MADAKIN KALTUNGO as well deserved Praying for God’s wisdom, protection and good health to serve the People of the Chiefdom and indeed Gombe State.
