The Secretary to the State Government Professor Ibrahim Abubakar Njodi has tasked Political office holders in the State to be up and doing in the discharge of their responsibilities
Professor Njodi was speaking during the conferments and presentation of award excellence to the Chief Protocol officer to Gombe State Governor Alhaji Musa Habibu by the Northern Tourism Journalists.
While Congratulating the award recipient, the SSG noted that “For you to be recognized by an organization such as this it means a lot stating that as a Government you have made us proud.
Professor Njodi said the honor is not only to the Chief protocol Officer but the entire State calling on political office holders to work with all honesty and dignity to justify their appointments.
Responding, an elated Director of Protocol, Alhaji Musa Habibu Bushasha appreciated the Northern Tourism Journalists for the honour and assured of his commitment to the service to humanity.
Earlier, the Chairman of the Northern Tourism Journalists, Comrade Kabiru Mohammad Getso said Alhaji Musa Habibu Bushasha was honored as a result of his had work, dedication to duty as well as outstanding role and contribution to the state and the nation at large.
