Earlier today, Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya of Gombe state joined President Muhammadu Buhari, Governors and other political, business and traditional leaders at the wedding fatiha of Yusuf Buhari, the son of President Muhammadu Buhari, held at the palace of Emir of Bichi in Kano State.
The wedding fatiha between Yusuf Buhari and Zahra Nasiru Bayero, the daughter of Nasiru Ado Bayero, Emir of Bichi, presided over by Minister of Communications and Digital Economy, Dr Isa Ali Pantami, was also attended by other notable dignitaries from within and outside the country, including Vice President Professor Yemi Osibanjo, former president Goodluck Jonathan, former President of Niger Republic, Muhammadu Yusuofu, former vice president Atiku Abubakar, Governors, Federal Lawmakers, Ministers, Emirs and Chiefs among others.
Governor Inuwa Yahaya congratulated president Buhari and the Emir of Bichi for the successful wedding of their children, praying Almighty Allah to bless the marriage.
He also admonished Yusuf and Zarah to put God first in their affairs, build their marriage on trust, patience and respect to one another as well as remain prayerful at all the time.
