
Commend Gov. Yahaya’s Performance in health, land reclamation.
In continuation of it’s study tour of the state, participants of the Executive Inteligence Management Course 15 of the National Institute of Security Studies Abuja has visited the Gombe State Specialist Hospital and some gully erosion control site in the State capital.

While at the specialist hospital, the team was received and briefed on the transformation of the facility by the Commissioner of health, Dr Habu Dahiru.

Dr, Habu Dahiru said the rehabilitation of structures and provision of medical equipment has earned it accreditation to undertake internship training of fresh Doctors in addition to putting the state high in COVID-19 response in the country.
He acknowledged that climate change and global warming tremendously affects both human and animal survival and in some places can breed conflicts, change weather pattern and militate against food security.

The team rounded up with the inspection of Gully erosion control works in the state capital being handled by NEWMAP.
In all the places visited the institute’s spokesperson,Dr Nka Obi-Bisong explained that the team was in the state to study the impact of climate change and global warming and measures being put in place to mitigate their adverse effect on the security and general wellbeing of the people.
