The Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Professor Ibrahim Abubakar Njodi says Gombe State Government has so far enjoyed the co-operation of people from other States resident in Gombe State urging them to maintained the tempo.

The SSG stated this when he played host to the President, Council of Community Leaders consisting of non indigenous tribes living in Gombe State.
Professor Njodi salute their commitment to the strength and unity in dirversity assuring them of Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya’s resolve for equity, fairness and justice in the treatment of all residents of the State devoid of any form of sentiment.

While commending the Special Adviser On Intercommunity Relations Mr. Cornelius Chimax for being a good rallying point for various communities in the state, Professor Ibrahim Abubakar Njodi advised them to continue giving him maximum support being a link between them and Government.
Earlier speaking, President of Council of Community Leaders of non indigenous tribes in Gombe State Mr.Ngwana Monday David said, they were at the SSG’s Office to identify with the State Government and to also introduce the newly appointed Onu Igala Gombe, Dr.Idris Haruna who was recently appointed by Atta Igala, His Royal Majesty Mathew Alaji Oguche.
David Monday commended the Government under the leadership of Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya for its developmental projects across the State and assured of non indigenes unfilinching support.
He also use the visit to inform the SSG of their forthcoming award presentation and launch of 2023 almanac scheduled for November this year and requested him to honour the occasion as Guest speaker.
