The Executive Governor of Gombe state His Excellency Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya ( Dan Majen Gombe), has approved Monday the 31st October 2022 for the official swearing- in ceremony of two (2) newly appointed Commissioners and Four (4) Special Advisers.
This is in furherance of his administration’s efforts to strengthen governance as well as provide equity in representation across the State.
The Secretary to the State Government (SSG) Professor Ibrahim Abubakar Njodi who coveyed Governor Yahaya’s approval said the event will take place by eleven o’clock in the morning at the New Banquet Hall of the Government House, Gombe.
Those to be sworn-in as Commissioners are;
i. Honourable Sanusi Ahmed Pindiga – Akko LGA
ii. Honourable Abishai Andirya Moljengo – Kaltungo LGA
The Special Advisers are;
i. Ahmed Shaibu Gara – Information Management and Strategy
ii. Shuaibu Iliya Kashere – Civil Engagement
iii. Abubakar Waziri Malle – Inter – governmental Relations
iv. Hon. Bello Suleiman – Legislative Matters
The statement added that,all invited guests are expected to be sitted by 10:30 am.
