Governor Inuwa Yahaya sympathise with Kamo Community over death of vigilante group’s commander.

Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya has Commiserated with the Katah-Kamo Village of Kamo Ward in Kaltungo Local Government over the Death of the Commander of a Local Hunters group in the area, Mal Bello Maiduna who was killed by unknown gunmen.

The Governor’s Condolence message was delivered by a delegation led by Commissioner for Internal Security and Ethical Orientation Adamu Dishi Kupto.

The Commissioner expressed Government grief over the death of Bello Maiduna whom he described as a Patriotic Nigerian who paid the supreme price fighting against banditry and other forms of criminality in the State.

He said Government will continue to support the family in appreciation of his contribution to peace in the State and beyond.

“His death is a huge loss not only to the family but to the entire State and the Country at large.We pray Allah to grant him Aljannatu firdausi and the family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss”

Responding on behalf of deceased family, Bala Sani expressed gratitude over the visit and Prayed God to reward the Governor and the delegation for their show of love.

He said late Bello Maiduna believes in peaceful Co- Existence hence his commitment to fighting criminality in the society .

The delegation were earlier on arrival received by the District Head of Kamo Alhaji Nuhu Adamu who appreciated the Governor and the State Government Government for identifying with them at this difficult time.

The delegation include Commissioner of Information and Culture, Julius Ishaya Lapez, Special Advisers on Health and that of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs.
